Please expect most orders to take up to 2 weeks.  If you need it before that time, or by a particular date, please let us know, and we will gladly do our best to complete it for you. We are typically able to complete rush orders with no problem.

If you prefer, you may pick up your items in Covington, LA.  During checkout, you will still have to enter your shipping address, however you will later select "Pickup in Covington, LA- $0.00".

For best results, we recommend hand washing of all embroidered items.  If you must machine wash, gentle cycle only. Use starch and a warm iron to bring your linens back to life!  We recommend ironing the back side of your linens, to allow the monogram or embroidery design to pop out.

You may notice small blue or purple dots on your linens.  We use these as guides to assist us with centering the embroidery on each item.  Although they are water soluble, they sometimes reappear, particularly with the use of heat, such as an iron.  If you see these marks on your linens, please just lighty dot with water, and they will disappear.

We do not accept returns of customized items.  If you are unsure about choice of thread colors, we recommend you send us a swatch of your desired color so we can ensure you are pleased with your product.
